Contra Costa County is set to move into Stage 3 of its reopening phase on July 1, 2020. This is contingent on a continued decline in the number of Coronavirus cases in the county. With the county planning on moving forward with its plans to reopen, we are happy to announce that if all goes well, we will resume classes on Monday, July 6, 2020. Strict safety measures will be enacted based on CDC, State and County guidelines, including mandatory temperature readings upon arrival, the mandatory wearing of face masks, sanitizing your hands upon entry, social distancing while training, reduced class sizes and more. Our number one priority is the safety of our students, families, guests and staff.
Although things will be quite different as we return to training, we are determined to make the most of our circumstances and to provide our students with a fun, interactive and engaging learning environment designed to ease them back into a sense of normalcy, while equipping them with realistic and effective self-defense skills and helping them mature and grow into the best versions of themselves that they can be.
We look forward to seeing all of our wonderful students and parents back at the academy and to adding to our amazing martial arts family!
